Miami-based investment firm DZD Holding said it closed on a $19.8 million construction loan for Palmetto Gardens Plaza, a new shopping center in Miami Gardens. The loan for National City Bank will finance 108,000 square feet of space expected to be built by late 2009. The initial anchor tenant for the retail center is 4U Lighting & Design.
